So we just needed a room for a day as we had our bus in the evening and did not want to carry our backpacks everywhere. This happened because another hotel we booked over MakeMyTrip cancelled at the last moment due to some issue from their end else I normally do not book my hotels offline. As it was Christmas weekend they charged us Rs 2500 for a very shabby room. The room hardly had any natural light, switches had no cover and bathroom door was also very shabby. Would not have minded if the room price was less but it does not deserve Rs 2500. Better to go for an Airbnb which will get you flats of far better condition at similar rates. It is near to White Town and Rock Beach no doubt but it is on a crowded road full of local traffic. Will not recommend the place at this high rate.

It was. Decent hotel . Near to the rock beach and French colony. Clean and cozy rooms .staffs were helpful. The only issue is parking. Though the hotel a Has its own parking but it's limited . If there are some cars parked inside , the hotel staff might call you to move your car so that the other cars can come out. Vice versa if your car is parked behind others.

We are completely Scammed here , Charged double price and in the morning we have no option to stay and payed and took stay there the staff is totally disgusting , he is completely rude to the customers, we are forced to checkout 3 hr before the actual time and the room service is not too good, I w not at all recommend this place to stay, if you’re coming first time to Pondicherry, this place to is not at all good option for you!

Pros:- 1) Good location. Almost equidistant to French colony, beach, station, bus stand, and the tamil market. 2) Helpful staff. Cleared all our doubts regarding places, provided service whenever needed. 3) Affordable price. The room was great for the price. We had to pay around 5400/- for 3 nights for a 3-person room. Cons:- 1) Poor room servicing. They don't clean the rooms every day. We had to ask them to clean the room. 2) The wifi didn't work while we were staying. 3) The AC worked poorly as well.

If you book thorough online not recommended this hotel. Because of Room number 102 there is no intercom, Wifi signal, Showers and Single towel and soap. If you inform any issue they won't fix till end. But when check out time comes 3 times they will remain 30 min before. Last 30 they will knock the door 3 times for check out remember. Alone AC is not fine you have to use a fan for the AC feel. The reception person is not at all fine. Management should train for customer support.

If you're looking for a budget place then it's fine. The service was very average and the guy at reception was a bit rude if asked anything or when we said room is not clean. Location is good as it is near market area and beach is also not far.

i had a very bad experience with staff who is unprofessional and unethical. First of all train your staff how to behave with customer. I have informed clearly about early check in and check out confirmed with property too before start traveling. Staff casually say we can't give room and go somewhere out and come back @12PM is it a way staff behave with customer and ask us if you don't want to wait cancel the booking and leave. You are not providing rooms for free of cost, we pay and stay so we have right to question and there is way to behave, casually sitting in chair and talk in pho don't care about customer. very professional staff keep it up Ravi krishna Will never ever visit again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
